Orders and Shipping​

Items are all priced is in NZD 

When we receive your order, our aim is to dispatch according to stock availability on Monday to Friday.

Deliveries are sent from our office in Hamilton or Matamata and are usually sent via Courier, Delivery is overnight and is dependent on Some isolated regions or rural addresses may require additional delivery time.
 
In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the expected additional delay.

Returns and Exchanges

If there is a Problem with your item please feel free to contact us to arrange an return authorisation number for Repair or Replacement,

If you Require a different Product an  Exchange only possible if goods returned within 7 days, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to cover admin costs, Please Contact for RA Number
Refunds only available on faulty goods if returned within 28 days.
Software or items containing software that have been opened are not covered under this return policy. 
For health reasons we cannot accept returns on headphones or microphones for any reason if the packaging is opened.
